When she rescues a starving, half-wild horse, she's convinced that the impossible can be made possible. (which is a good thing by the way)įifteen year old Casey Blue lives in East London's grimmest tower block and volunteers at a Local Riding School, but her dream is to win the world's greatest Three Day Event: the Badminton Horse Trials. Basically this heartwarming book is so good you can't describe it in words, so go get it! I would recommend this book for ages 8+, not because of the content but just for the advanced descriptive vocabulary. This is my favourite book! This book is really good and it was an emotional roller coaster for me: one minute i was crying my eyes out, the next i was really happy and excited! This book is very inspiring. So today my book review is going to be on The One Dollar Horse and it is by Lauren St John. Entrusted with the care of a very special foal, an incredible bond grows and the heartbroken princess begins to dream of an extraordinary future… The Princess becomes ever more withdrawn until, on her birthday, the King gives her a life-changing present.

So when tragedy strikes at its heart, she is devastated. Princess Haya, daughter of the King of Jordan, loves her family more than anything. I would recommend this book for 7+ but it is really good for all ages.

Stacy Gregg really has a big talent! I was hooked straight from the first page. Anyway that put the expectations quite high on this book! This book turned out to be way over my expectations, with its unique storyline and heartwarming story. I have read the other series from stacy gregg (pony club rivals and pony club secrets) and thought that they were really good, in fact pony club rivals is tied with the one dollar horse series as my favourite books. Todays book review is going to be on The Princess and The Foal by Stacy Gregg.
